Overview

We are looking for a senior ERP Functional Consultant to lead a system assessment and ERP selection initiative for a large Family Office.

This is a high-impact advisory engagement focused on evaluating the current QuickBooks environment and recommending the right long-term solution (e.g., NetSuite OneWorld or similar platforms).

This role is best suited for consultants who have worked with Family Offices or Private Wealth firms and can operate independently with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Assess current financial systems and workflows across multiple entities
Lead discovery sessions and gather business + functional requirements
Perform gap analysis between current (QuickBooks) and future-state ERP solutions
Drive ERP evaluation process (NetSuite, etc.), including demos and vendor comparison
Recommend the best-fit solution based on business needs and scalability
Build a clear implementation roadmap (phases, risks, data migration, integrations)

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of ERP functional consulting experience
Strong expertise in NetSuite (OneWorld) and QuickBooks Enterprise
Proven experience working with Family Offices / Private Wealth / HNW environments
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, intercompany, consolidations)
Experience leading ERP selection or full lifecycle implementations
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Nice to Have

Exposure to tools like Addepar, SEI Archway, Asseta AI, or similar platforms
Background in Big 4 or advisory consulting environments
