ERP/CRM Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves leveraging technical and functional expertise to optimize ERP and CRM systems while providing training and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will be skilled in streamlining processes, enhancing system functionality, and fostering effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP and CRM systems.

Configure and customize ERP and CRM platforms to meet organizational needs.

Develop and implement client-side scripting solutions to enhance system performance.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents.

Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure effective utilization of systems.

Manage API development and integration to streamline data exchange between platforms.

Conduct regular system reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Offer technical and functional support to resolve system-related issues promptly.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business goals.

Ensure compliance with configuration management standards and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in ERP and CRM consulting, with a focus on NetSuite.
Proficiency in client-side scripting and API development.
Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents effectively.
Hands-on experience in configuration management and system customization.
Knowledge of Salesforce development and integration practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience providing training and support for ERP/CRM systems.
