Data Security Analyst

Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Security Analyst. This long-term contract position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Active Directory management and advanced cybersecurity practices. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, technical execution, and utilizing tools to safeguard enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical operations and execution within complex, multi-site Active Directory environments.

Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve Active Directory issues efficiently.

Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and enhance system functionality.

Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards.

Utilize SIEM tools to monitor and address security incidents effectively.

Conduct regular assessments of application security to identify vulnerabilities and implement solutions.

Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity strategies to protect enterprise systems.

Maintain and enhance security frameworks to safeguard sensitive data.

Deliver training and support to teams on best practices for data security.

Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies to proactively address security challenges.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience managing enterprise Active Directory environments.
Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting techniques for complex systems.
Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
Experience with SIEM tools to monitor and respond to security events.
Comptia Security+ certification or equivalent is preferred.
Familiarity with application security and vulnerability assessments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
