Job#: 3020289 Job Description: Job Description - Power BI DeveloperRequired Qualifications- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX measure creation, and report/dashboard design
- Advanced experience converting or rebuilding SSRS reports into Power BI or Power BI Paginated Reports
- Experience migrating reports to new data sources, including updating queries, validating logic, and redesigning datasets
- Strong T-SQL skills for validating data sources, rebuilding queries, and understanding legacy SSRS dataset structures
- Proficiency with Power Query (M) for data shaping and transformation
- Solid understanding of dataset architecture, model optimization, relationships, and performance tuning
- Ability to analyze existing reporting logic and accurately replicate or enhance it within Power BI or Paginated Reports
- Experience working with large, complex datasets in an enterprise environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting requirements, logic updates, and technical decisions
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced DAX expertise, including time-intelligence functions, advanced modeling patterns, and optimization techniques
- Experience building enterprise-grade Power BI semantic models or reusable datasets
- Experience using Power BI Report Builder for developing paginated reports
- Familiarity with report migrations within complex, large-scale enterprise environments
