Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long Term

- Java-based Credit Card applications deployed on AWS

- Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, major outages, and Sev1/Sev2 events

- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL, IBM, and bank standards

- Drive root cause analysis (RCA), post-incident reviews, and corrective/preventive actions

- Monitor application health, performance, and availability using APM and cloud monitoring tools

- Support release, deployment, and production readiness activities, including change approvals

- Partner with cloud, security, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient operations
