Job summary and Responsibilities

Understand business initiatives, deliver solutions, and provide recommendations regarding business objectives.
Accountable for maximizing business value, balancing customer needs, operational impact, technical constraints, and delivery feasibility.
Engages stakeholders to align on outcomes and success measures, not just requirements or features.
Continuously evaluates delivered solutions and incorporates feedback to drive iterative improvement.
Research and collaborates with other project teams tasked with identifying current and future business needs
Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring work is sequenced based on value, risk, dependencies, and strategic alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support requirements for gathering, documentation, and process mapping for new and legacy systems.

Writes clear workflow documents/presentations
Articulate business logic to technical and non-technical partners

Translate meeting outputs into structured deliverables, decision logs, and stakeholder updates; documenting requirements as JIRA user stories for development prioritization

Secondary skills (50%)/ experience

Project / task management skills
Experience on a Scrum Team
Working knowledge of AI or Automation applications
