Required:

Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst with strong PeopleCode and SQL development skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft applications while working directly with business users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development and customization.
Advanced knowledge of PeopleCode programming.
Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer and development tools.
Ability to gather requirements, communicate with business stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within PeopleSoft environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting PeopleSoft modules such as HR, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
