Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong expertise in AgentForce AI and Salesforce Data Cloud to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, architecture strategy, and hands-on Salesforce experience to align business needs with innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Strategy

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps
• Design secure, high-performance solutions leveraging Salesforce ecosystem capabilities

Project Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams across design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, governance, and best practices
• Drive successful delivery with high quality and minimal technical debt

Salesforce Expertise

• Architect solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Design and implement AgentForce AI-driven solutions
• Oversee data modeling, integration strategies, and data migration efforts
• Implement declarative and programmatic automation within Salesforce
• Manage environments, releases, and DevOps processes

Governance & Communication

• Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation, testing strategies, and compliance standards

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8–10 years of IT architecture experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture and leadership experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AgentForce AI
• Hands-on experience across Salesforce multi-cloud environments
• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Salesforce Certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Platform App Builder
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect or CTA)
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Familiarity with ArchiMate modeling
