GPP SME-Customer Support Group

SME - Roles and Responsibility (Functional Expert for GPP Global Play Plus) Onsite GPP expert Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaise between customer and Finastra teams Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops Onsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc. Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Business configuration Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc. Lead customer calls understand customer requirements, discuss and explain requirement issues, root cause solution, provide status updates, and outline next steps Support Banks SITUATNFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc. Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades.
