The technician is responsible for safely operating and monitoring chemical process equipment, including reactors, hight-tempature systems, vacuum systems and pressure vessels. This role supports daily production by following SOP s, maintaining safe operating conditions, completing documentation, and assisting in ensuring product quality, and reliable plant performance.
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a chemical plant, process manufacturin, or similar industrical environment
- Experience with chemical reactors, high-tempature operations, vacuum applications, and pressure vessels
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow details work instructions
- Forklift and respirator experience are a plus
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
