Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant to lead Finance and Controlling implementations and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to design, implement, and support SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, configuration expertise, and hands-on experience in SAP Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation, rollout, and support projects
· Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO functional specifications
· Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting
· Lead Controlling module configurations including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing
· Work closely with business stakeholders to design financial processes and reporting solutions
· Drive month-end and year-end closing activities support and optimization
· Lead integration activities between SAP FI/CO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and PS
· Provide guidance on SAP S/4HANA Finance best practices
· Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
· Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments
· Lead testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
· Provide production support and issue resolution
· Mentor junior consultants and lead offshore/onshore teams
· Participate in cutover planning and go-live support
· Ensure documentation of business processes and configuration
