Jesse\'s Garage is seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join its busy, high-volume repair shop in Fort Myers, FL. A-Level Technicians can earn $40?$55 per flat rate hour plus a production bonus, with $145,000?$160,000 OTE, while B-Level Technicians earn $25?$35/hour base with up to $40/hour for highly productive technicians and $85,000?$110,000+ annual earning potential. The shop is open Monday?Saturday, with technicians working 5 days per week and having the option to work a 6th day. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general automotive repair and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns using sound mechanical and diagnostic practices.
- Perform brake, steering, suspension, drivability, and general mechanical repairs.
- Complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or workmanship.
- A-Level Technicians are expected to produce 40+ flagged hours per week.
- B-Level Technicians are expected to reliably produce 45+ flagged hours per week.
- Work independently while contributing to a team-focused, high-volume repair environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with solid automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume repair environment.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to productivity and quality workmanship.
- Positive, team-oriented approach to the work.
- ASE certifications preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- A-Level Technician: $40?$55 per flat rate hour plus production bonus.
- A-Level Technician OTE: $145,000?$160,000.
- A-Level Productivity Expectation: 40+ flagged hours per week.
- B-Level Technician: $25?$35/hour base, with up to $40/hour for highly productive technicians.
- B-Level Earning Potential: $85,000?$110,000+ annually.
- B-Level Productivity Expectation: 45+ flagged hours per week.
- 401(k) with Employer Match: 100% company match up to 4% after 6 months.
