What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Vice President, Full AP Implementations within our Operations organization. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Implementation Services and Technical Implementation functions. You will be responsible for driving scalable onboarding practices, aligning cross-functional handoffs, and ensuring successful customer adoption and long-term outcomes across the organization.

You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations and partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Relationship Management, and Technical Support teams. Domestic US travel may be required.

How We Work

As a VP, Full AP Implementations, you will be expected to work remote. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:
  • Assigned workspace in a home set up.
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Lead the Implementation Services and Technical Implementation organizations, establishing executive-level strategy, operating standards, and performance objectives aligned to corporate goals.
  • Develop and execute long- and short-range strategic plans that support innovation, scalability, speed to onboarding, and exceptional customer adoption.
  • Provide executive leadership and mentorship to senior directors and functional leaders, strengthening leadership capability and team performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding strategy, including cross-functional handoffs with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Drive operational excellence through benchmarking, performance reporting, financial oversight, and data-driven decision making.
  • Direct budget planning and resource allocation to maximize efficiency, ROI, and scalable growth.
  • Partner with Engineering to influence product enhancements that improve new customer experience and implementation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure alignment in messaging, expectations, and transition to implementation.
  • Continuously evaluate systems, workflows, and technology to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong executive relationships across the organization to ensure cohesive execution and shared accountability for customer outcomes

Qualifications & Skills
  • 10+ years of progressive executive-level leadership experience in implementation, customer success, operations, or related technical environments.
  • Proven success leading multi-layered teams and developing senior leaders in high-growth or highly technical organizations.
  • Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional executive stakeholders and drive collaboration across complex organizations.
  • Experience leveraging CRM, ticketing, and operational systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) to improve scalability and performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
