Role: Business Systems Analyst – Credit Card Marketing
Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week. Dallas, TX

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to act as the bridge between credit card marketing and technology teams by gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting system integrations and marketing platforms, leading Agile processes and UAT, optimizing end-to-end marketing workflows, and maintaining documentation, with 4–6 years of experience, strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, and proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analysis.
