Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst Contractor to join our dynamic team supporting our client project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow, requirements elicitation, and enterprise data integration and a proven ability to lead requirements sessions, translate needs into ServiceNow stories, and deliver actionable insights that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units and service lines to understand data needs and priorities, ensuring alignment with strategy.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document business and functional requirements for application inventory and capability mapping.
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow stories and requirements aligned to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Analyze and document processes, requirements, and workflows; develop user guides and share best practices.
- Support UAT by creating test scenarios, validating functionality, and ensuring KPIs and reporting meet expectations.
- Assist with data collection, normalization, and validation of application and capability records.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts including project plans, communication plans, risk and issue logs, change control, training materials, and status updates.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow, including story creation and data modeling.
- 6-9 years of Business Analyst experience in technology or integration management.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and application portfolio management tools.
Role Details & Conditions:
- Primary Skill: ServiceNow. Level: Advanced (6-9 years).
- Work location: United States only. No work will be performed outside the U.S.
Supplier must use FADV for background check.
- Project stage: Sold/Funded. Expenses not permitted.
