Job Summary

We are seeking a Payroll Business Analyst III / Payroll SME to provide operational support for payroll processes and systems. This role will partner with Payroll and HR Technology teams to resolve system issues, support Oracle HCM enhancements, and ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll processes and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Oracle HCM enhancements.
• Support system configuration, testing, upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM issues, data discrepancies, and system errors.
• Validate system changes and identify potential risks and downstream impacts.
• Ensure payroll configurations comply with tax regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor Oracle HCM releases and recommend process improvements.
• Develop user documentation and provide advanced end-user support.
• Collaborate with HR Technology, Payroll, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor team members and provide technical/business guidance.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
• Experience with payroll processing, payroll tax, or finance.

• 8+ years of payroll processing, payroll tax, or finance experience.
• Strong experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
