Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Promote flow and delivery excellence by managing execution, dependencies, and resolving blockers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Project Managers to align priorities and mitigate risks.
• Analyze bottlenecks using value stream mapping, cumulative flow diagrams, and dependency tracking to improve throughput.
• Manage team capacity and escalate constraints to ensure sustainable delivery.
• Drive iteration execution by ensuring work intake aligns with team capacity and PI objectives.
• Maintain high-quality backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO) with clear acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide transparent and timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement by tracking and implementing retrospective action items.
• Interpret delivery metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
• Build and support a high-performing Agile team through coaching and mentorship.
• Foster collaboration, psychological safety, and an inclusive team environment.
• Lead PI planning preparation and execution, ensuring risks and dependencies are identified and managed.
• Maintain tools and artifacts (ADO, SharePoint, Compass) to support governance and visibility.
• Lead incident management and operational change management activities.
• Participate in communities of practice and contribute to continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and drive delivery across teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide team performance.
• Experience analyzing delivery metrics and improving team efficiency.
