Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Capital Management Integration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality between SAP, Success Factors, Dayforce, Snowflake, and external benefits vendors. This role involves leading HCM solution implementations and configurations to meet project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of HCM solutions.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain integration processes, utilizing an understanding of SAP's Clean Core methodology.
- Work with XML imports and exports to facilitate data integration.
- Utilize API knowledge to develop and maintain integrations with various systems.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure successful data migration and system integration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on HCM functionality.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of directly related experience is required, including proven experience with HCM implementations and integration.
Technical Skills: The following skills and knowledge are required:
- Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies.
- Experience with integrating HCM with various systems, including:
- Equifax for employment verification.
- Concur for payroll import.
- SAP for severance, GL posting, time data, and third-party payments.
- Voya for deferral, loan to payroll, and financial allocations.
- UBS for optionee data.
- Anthem/EyeMed/MetLife for contributions.
- SuccessFactors/Dayforce for Organization Synchronization APIs and interfaces.
- PAC for reporting.
- Benevity for payroll deduction and remittance.
- UNUM for FMLA and LTD eligibility.
- Alight for pension earnings files and demographic data.
- Inspira (Pay flex) for FSA and HSA allocations.
- Mercer (Choice) for eligibility and deductions.
- Credit Union for deductions and remittance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 per hour. Please note that this is a contract position and benefits may not be provided.
