Job Description

We are seeking an Technology Risk Manager to join our team within Global Technology Risk and Regulatory Management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in regulatory and audit engagements, technology risk, internal controls, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to coordinate complex assessments, synthesize technical content, and deliver accurate responses under aggressive timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Support complex regulatory and audit exams OR assessments focused on technology.


• Develop, author, edit, and review well-positioned response materials and technical presentations.


• Coordinate with subject matter experts to manage assessment flow, evidence collection, and timelines from initiation to completion.


• Analyze assessment questions and ensure complete, accurate, and relevant documentation and evidence.


• Review and analyze identified control deficiencies and drive appropriate disposition.


• Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure awareness of risk and regulatory requirements.


• Facilitate meetings and routines to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, legal, or compliance experience in financial services or technology.


• Ability to research and connect data to perform thematic analysis and identify trends.


• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills with ability to influence and build consensus.


• Comfort with ambiguity and capability to simplify and solve complex problems.


• Strong writing and communication skills to synthesize technical content for varied audiences.


• Self-starter with strong organization, able to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.


• Detail orientation with ability to review documentation for accuracy and relevance.


• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make timely decisions, engaging others as needed.


• Facilitation and presentation skills, including to senior leaders.


• Project management capability with strong prioritization and attention to detail.


• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel.


• Knowledge of technology domain disciplines.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant work experience.


• CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar certification.


• Operational risk or compliance experience in technology.


• Bank-specific risk management and governance experience.


• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Engagement Details:

• Hybrid schedule. Minimum 3 days onsite per week. Onsite day 1.


• Start month: August.


• Interview process: 1-2 rounds. Video required.


• Maximum submissions per vendor: 3.
