Job overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter and Sourcer who will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process. Candidate will act as the subject matter expert and business partner to hiring managers throughout each stage of the recruiting and hiring process.
The Recruiter and Sourcer is responsible for understanding the business needs of the hiring team, setting and implementing recruitment strategies, identifying qualified talent, and consulting on the assessment process. The hired individual will represent and interact with various levels of the organization and is expected to participate in ad-hoc projects.
Key Job Functions
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition creation, sourcing, resume review, video pre-screens, interviews/interview scheduling, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and the HR team on position descriptions and compensation guidance.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to gain deeper insight into open roles and hiring needs.
• Source candidates using a variety of tools and creative search methods to build strong talent pipelines for IT and Non-IT roles at various levels.
• Create and manage offer letters, maintain the applicant tracking system, and generate recruiting reports.
• Review and post job openings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with branding guidelines and state-specific employment laws.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations, including FLSA.
• Partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategies.
• Perform other recruitment and HR-related duties as assigned.
Education
• A bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
Required qualifications:
- Strong background in technical recruitment
- Minimum 4+ years in technical recruitment
- Good understanding of technical concepts to effectively evaluate candidates
- Strong expertise in sourcing, conducting initial screenings, and technical assessments
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers and coordinate interviews
- Must perform pre-screening before submitting candidates to the hiring manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
