Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Technical Account Manager (TAM) to build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded. The TAM will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients optimize the use of our products and services, troubleshoot issues, and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and technical environments.

Provide proactive guidance on product features, best practices, and technical solutions to maximize client success.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, coordinating with internal support and engineering teams as needed.

Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Assist clients with onboarding, deployment, and training on our products and services.

Develop and maintain detailed account documentation, including technical configurations, issues, and resolution history.

Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Monitor account health metrics and proactively address potential risks or challenges.

Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends to provide informed advice.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical account management, customer success, or a related technical role.

Strong technical background with knowledge of software, cloud platforms, APIs, or related technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience working remotely and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
