Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and translate business needs for new and enhanced products, services or optimized business processes.
- Participate in all phases of project lifecycle to ensure business requirements including detailed data requirements are understood, documented and met.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: Business Analysis, Data Analysis, SQL Visualization, Data Mapping
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, architecture, applications, platforms, and services.
- Requires 2 years of experience with gathering, documenting, and analyzing system specifications and requirements, testing concepts, SDLC Processes (Agile Scrum, Waterfall), and Visio.
- Requires 2 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Autosys, SQL DB Visualizer, Cloud Snowflake, S3; and database concepts for DB2 and Oracle, as well as solution delivery experience migrating on premise legacy systems to a cloud design.
- 2 years of experience with formulating and implementing test strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
