Job Title: Hiring Junior Business Analysts Across the U.S.! Location: Maryland (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite opportunities available based on client requirements)
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with at least
2 years of professional experience in Business Analysis to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, improve operational processes, and support successful project delivery.
Candidates with prior experience or exposure to
Data Analysis will be given preference.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on real-time projects with direct clients across industries such as IT, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and clients
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process documentation
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC
- Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, dashboard preparation, and business insights generation
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify project risks, gaps, and dependencies proactively
Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills - Prior experience as a Data Analyst or exposure to data analysis projects is a strong plus
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting/data visualization tools
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Exposure to Healthcare, Banking, Retail, or Finance domains is preferred
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Agile or Business Analysis certifications are an added advantage
