Business Systems Analyst (Workday Finance/AP) – ERP Transformation

Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term contract through September 2027

<>Overview

We are seeking 2 Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) with experience supporting Workday Finance and Accounts Payable (AP) initiatives to join a large-scale ERP transformation program. The project involves migrating multiple legacy ERP applications to Workday and is currently in the architecture and implementation phase.

<>Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
• Knowledge of Workday Finance and Accounts Payable modules
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or transformations
• Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping, and workflow design

<>Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Support Workday Finance and AP implementation activities
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes
• Develop workflows, business requirements, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with implementation teams, vendors, and cross-functional workstreams
• Participate in testing, defect resolution, and implementation readiness activities
• Act as the liaison between business users and IT teams

<>Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations (Workday preferred)
• Background in Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related business functions
• Exposure to tools such as Smartsheet or project/test management platforms
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving project environment

<>Nice to Have

• Workday HCM, Payroll, or Workforce Management exposure
• Integration requirements experience
• Testing, QA, and test strategy experience
• UKG experience
