Looking for IT Support / Service Desk professionals with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Key Skills:
IT support (desktop, network, Microsoft environment)
Ticketing, phone & chat support
Basic troubleshooting + first-call resolution
Clinical/healthcare apps (nice to have)
Requirements:
6+ months IT support experience
Associate degree or equivalent certifications
Strong communication & documentation skills
Open to shifts, weekends & on-call rotation
Remote setup requires dedicated workspace + wired internet

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $22 - $23 per hour on W2.
