IT Generalist

We are hiring an IT Support Generalist to start as soon as this coming Monday June 29th, 2026.

• This is a 100% on site position in Huntington Beach, CA


• Hourly Rate is in between $25 to 28/hour, W2 only


• Contract to hire

Liaison to IT Support Teams

Key responsibilities may include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between staff and IT Partners for technology-related requests.


• Ensure support requests are properly submitted and documented through the ticketing process.


• Perform basic troubleshooting steps before escalating issues to IT Partners .


• SPS Commerce


• Portals


• Gather information from users regarding technical issues, including screenshots, photos, and error messages.


• Assist IT Partners technicians with remote troubleshooting by providing access to equipment, testing solutions, and relaying information to end users.


• Coordinate onsite support visits when physical assistance is required.


• Help prioritize requests and communicate the impact of issues affecting staff operations.


• Maintain awareness of recurring technology issues and communicate trends or concerns to IT Partners .


• Follow up with staff to confirm that reported issues have been resolved satisfactorily.


• Work with team on retail email campaigns


• Work with team on wholesale campaigns
