Job Summary

We are seeking a Mainframe Systems Programmer with 10+ years of experience supporting mission-critical mainframe applications. The consultant will be responsible for application support, batch processing, data integrations, production support, reporting, and data migration activities for the Crew Management System (CMS).

Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and enhance legacy mainframe applications.

Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, interfaces, and production issues.

Manage data integrations with enterprise systems such as Kronos and PeopleSoft.

Develop and maintain operational and regulatory reports.

Support data migration and validation for the new Crew Management System.

Document processes and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience supporting Mainframe/Legacy applications.

Strong experience with batch processing, production support, and data integrations.

Experience with operational reporting and troubleshooting complex production issues.

Knowledge of data migration and enterprise application support.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, or other IBM Mainframe technologies.

Experience with Kronos, PeopleSoft, or similar enterprise systems.

Transportation, logistics, railroad, or government project experience.
