Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Integration Lead / WACS Asset Modeling Consultant to support large-scale cloud transformation and SaaS integration initiatives for enterprise utility clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Utilities platforms, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and integration architecture, along with experience leading technical teams and managing complex integration environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration workstreams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for WACS and CCS implementations
Design integration architecture, technical strategies, and system diagrams for large SaaS upgrade programs
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onshore and offshore teams
Manage environment planning, provisioning, and deployment readiness including cutover and dress rehearsals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, DevOps pipeline integration, and system reliability
Support enterprise transformation initiatives using modern cloud technologies and integration frameworks

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities and enterprise integration projects
Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Strong expertise in Oracle Utilities applications WACS, C2M, MDM, CCS 4+ years of technical leadership experience managing integration teams and delivery timelines
Experience with integration architecture, SaaS environments, and system integration strategies
Ability to collaborate across teams and support DevOps and cloud-based integration pipelines
