Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for large-scale Oracle Utilities transformation programs. This role is part of Accenture’s global Oracle practice, focused on delivering cutting-edge cloud and digital solutions using modern technologies like AI, IoT, and automation.

The ideal candidate is a client-facing leader with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Utilities applications, capable of leading workshops, defining integration architectures, and managing cross-functional delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration workstreams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for projects involving:
• Customer Cloud Service (CCS)
• Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS)
• Define and drive integration strategy, architecture, and roadmap
• Lead client-facing workshops to gather requirements and present scalable solutions
• Design integration diagrams, architecture artifacts, and rationalization strategies
• Collaborate with technical designers to ensure alignment with overall solution architecture
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onshore/offshore teams
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables quality
• Support:
• Environment planning & provisioning
• Cutover and deployment activities
• Release & migration management via DevOps pipelines
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and best practices across integrations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities & integration projects
• Strong expertise in:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Oracle Utilities applications (WACS, MDM, C2M, CCS)
• Experience working in Oracle SaaS / Cloud environments
• Proven ability to lead integration architecture & strategy
• 4+ years of leadership experience (team lead / delivery lead)
• Strong experience in client interaction & workshop facilitation
• Solid understanding of:
• Integration architecture
• Application architecture
• DevOps & release management

Must-Have Requirements:

• Client-facing experience with ability to lead workshops independently
• Willingness to travel (0–100% based on project need)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and time zones (PST overlap required)
• Work visa candidates are acceptable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale Oracle Utilities transformations
• Prior consulting experience (Accenture or similar environment preferred)
• Exposure to Agile and design thinking methodologies

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• OR Associate Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
