About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Unity CDP Lead / Principal Consultant to drive enterprise-scale Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations. This is a senior-level role where you will act as a subject matter expert, leading engagements from discovery through deployment while working closely with cross-functional teams.

You will play a key role in designing scalable customer data solutions, enabling organizations to unify customer profiles and drive personalized marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Architecture

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Unity CDP implementations including design, configuration, and deployment
• Architect unified customer profiles and identity resolution strategies
• Design and implement data ingestion pipelines (batch, API, streaming)
• Develop segmentation, audience activation, and personalization frameworks
• Integrate Oracle Unity with platforms like Oracle CX, Eloqua, Responsys, Salesforce, and Adobe

Client Engagement & Strategy

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and clients
• Lead discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Create architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and roadmaps

Technical Leadership

• Mentor junior consultants and oversee delivery teams
• Conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Lead training sessions and knowledge transfer initiatives
• Stay updated on Oracle Unity releases and CDP trends

Pre-Sales & Practice Development

• Support RFPs, proposals, and solution demos
• Contribute to internal accelerators and best practices
• Collaborate with Oracle teams and partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CRM, MarTech, or enterprise consulting
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Unity CDP experience
• Strong expertise in customer data platforms (CDP), identity resolution, and segmentation
• Experience with APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and CCPA
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Unity CDP or Oracle CX certifications
• Experience with Eloqua, Responsys, or Oracle CX ecosystem
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Platform
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse
• Background in industries like Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom
