Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX4U Solutions Consultant to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance architecture solutions within the Oracle Utilities and Customer Experience ecosystem. This is a client-facing role requiring strong expertise in Front Office transformation, solution architecture, and workshop facilitation.

The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving architectural decisions, leading client workshops, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver technology architecture solutions for Oracle CX4U and DCS platforms
Lead client-facing workshops to gather requirements and present scalable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution integration and delivery
Analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative, scalable solutions
Drive Front Office transformation initiatives within Oracle CX ecosystem
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Participate in key architectural decisions across multiple teams
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with Oracle CX4U and DCS
Expertise in Oracle Utilities and Oracle Customer Experience (CX)
Proven experience in Front Office architecture and solution design
Hands-on experience in client engagement and workshop facilitation
Strong understanding of Applications Architecture & Technology Architecture
Experience in Oracle CX Cloud Solution Design
Knowledge of Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform (CDP) is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Must-Have Requirements:

Client-facing experience with ability to lead workshops independently
Willingness to travel for on-site workshops
Ability to work in PST time zone
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work visa candidates are acceptable

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with global enterprise clients
Prior experience with Accenture or similar consulting environments
Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs
