This role will assist with a special project for a business integration tool in Merchandising Footwear and Apparel. They will build out the AirTable Merchandising Homepage to be a source of truth for dates and gates (calendar fields)
Must Haves:
3+ YOE in Merch Ops, marketing ops, or business ops
Expert at Airtable - building, inputting, and maintaining
Understanding of merchandising process and how it fits within other business orgs, refining and documenting processes
Nice to Haves:
Line planning and MAR - sending invites and maintaining invite lists, operations for merchandising moments
Previous merchandising experience
Problem solver, takes initiative, fast paced, innovative
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented contract partner to support our Merchandising Operations team by building, refining, and maintaining our central process hub. This role is critical to creating clarity, visibility, and operational excellence across our CODE milestones and cross-functional workflows.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys collecting, structuring, and organizing information, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is solution-oriented. This person will bring both systems thinking and strong execution, helping us turn existing foundations into a fully dialed, usable, and trusted source of truth.

Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Airtable Hub Ownership & Refinement
Own and refine our existing Airtable base to serve as the central merchandising operations hub.
This includes:
- Refining and structuring the Airtable base to clearly reflect all CODE milestones, with appropriate detail and context
- Ensuring the base includes a comprehensive and maintained project list
- Establishing the Airtable base as the single source of truth for merchandising operations
- Creating clear, intuitive organization so the hub is easy to use and navigate
- CODE Visibility & Documentation
Build clarity and shared understanding around CODE processes by ensuring the hub includes:
- A clearly maintained CODE calendar
- Documentation and explanations of all CODE gates, including what they are, what is required, and timing
- Links to key Box folders and helpful resources tied to CODE milestones and gates
- Project & Timeline Management
Support project visibility and execution by maintaining robust project tracking within Airtable.
This includes:
- Managing the Chongqing Excellence project list
- Ensuring each project includes:
- Gantt-style timelines
- Clear project status indicators
- Key milestones and dependencies

- Keeping timelines and statuses up to date to support leadership and cross-functional alignment
- Operational & Cross-Functional Support
Provide operational support FW and AP business integration leads for the two CODE gates owned by the merchandising team.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting setup and coordination of cross-functional meetings tied to these gates
- Owning and maintaining relevant distribution lists
- Helping ensure consistent communication and follow-through across functions.
- Ongoing Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
Take ownership of keeping the hub current, accurate, and usable over time.
This includes:
- Regularly updating content to reflect changes in timelines, projects, or processes
- Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities to improve clarity and usability
- Partnering with the team to continuously refine how the hub supports day-to-day work

- Airtable is actively used as the trusted merchandising operations hub
- CODE milestones, gates, and projects are clearly visible and easy to understand
- Cross-functional partners know where to go for information
- The operations team is supported with strong process hygiene and coordination
- Information is current, organized, and actionable
