Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, a solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, and hands-on experience building and deploying ML models.

The candidate will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to develop scalable AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning models for business and product applications.
  • Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, transformation, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Apply supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Perform feature engineering, feature selection, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Develop machine learning pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Build and integrate AI/ML models into applications using REST APIs and other integration methods.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from databases, APIs, files, and other data sources.
  • Develop solutions using NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, computer vision, or predictive analytics based on project requirements.
  • Build and implement LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), when applicable.
  • Deploy ML models to cloud environments and support production implementation.
  • Monitor model performance and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, model accuracy, and production performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI/ML solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code.
  • Maintain version control, testing, documentation, and deployment processes using modern software engineering practices.
  • Research emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming experience with Python.
  • Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
  • Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
  • Experience with Git and software development best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
  • Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with Docker, MLflow, CI/CD, or MLOps.
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or time-series modeling.
  • Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and production ML systems.
