Job Summary (Full Stack Developer):
- Position: Full Stack Developer
- Location: McLean, VA / Plano, TX
- Duration: 6 Months
- Experience Required: 7+ years in software development, especially Java/Spring and Angular
- Backend Expertise: Strong experience with REST APIs, integrations, databases, and security
- Frontend Expertise: Angular 2 or higher for GUI development
- Database Skills: Proficient in relational databases (Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, DB2)
- Development Tools: Experience with Git, Eclipse, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, and SQL
- Testing: Proficient in Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito), test automation tools (Fitnesse)
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile, product-centric environments
- AI Tools: Familiarity with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Industry Background (Preferred): Capital markets or payments processing
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
