Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Visier Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Visier People Analytics solutions. The consultant will partner with HR, People Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate workforce data into actionable insights, ensuring successful Visier deployments and high adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Visier implementation, including discovery, design, configuration, and deployment

  • Gather and translate business and HR requirements into Visier data models, analytics, and dashboards

  • Configure Visier People, Workforce Planning, and/or Talent modules

  • Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Customize metrics, KPIs, calculations, and visualizations aligned to business goals

  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on people analytics best practices

  • Collaborate with technical teams on data pipelines, security, and governance

  • Support ongoing optimization and enhancements of the Visier platform

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in People Analytics / HR Analytics

  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Visier solutions

  • Strong understanding of HR data domains (e.g., headcount, attrition, DEI, performance, compensation)

  • Experience integrating HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP, etc.)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Visier certification(s)

  • SQL or data modeling experience

  • Consulting or client-facing experience

  • Experience with workforce planning or advanced people analytics use cases

  • Familiarity with data privacy and HR compliance standards
