Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer (15+ Mandatory)

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Interview: Final round will be Inperson

Job Description

Role:
Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate, and maintain ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and Service Catalog items.
Configure Flow Designer, integrations, APIs, scripting, reports, and data imports.
Work with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Portal, and Knowledge Base.
Integrate ServiceNow with LDAP, SSO, MID Server, web services, email, and third-party applications.
Support Incident, Problem, Change, and automation processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve platform performance/security.
Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders; maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills:

6+ years ServiceNow development in an enterprise environment.
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, and CSDM.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, Angular.
Experience with Enterprise Architecture/APM, WSD, and Now Assist.
Strong ServiceNow integration and API experience.
Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow customization/configuration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor s + 8 years / Master s + 6 years relevant experience.
Must be able to obtain/maintain Public Trust; U.S.
