Join our team in Midtown, NY, as a Full-Time Events Manager.
In this role, you''ll be responsible for creating engaging experiences through innovative events and sponsorships.
You''ll work collaboratively across departments, utilizing generic event management tools to coordinate logistics and drive attendance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute events and conferences across the Americas.
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, contract negotiation, and budget approvals.
Manage event calendar, budget, and reporting.
Communicate with business partners to ensure timely event execution.
Provide post-event reports and improvement action plans.

Qualifications
4-6 years'' experience in events/conference management.
Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
CMP or other events/meeting certification is a plus.
Bachelor''s degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field.
Proficiency with generic office and event management tools.
