Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Service Technician to install and service low-voltage security and network systems across the Charleston area. This role involves hands-on work with access control, cameras, cabling, and related hardware. Candidates must have reliable transportation, strong work habits, and at least one year of commercial experience.
What You'll Do- Install, service, and maintain access control devices and electrified door hardware
- Install surveillance cameras and related security equipment
- Install and route cable pathway systems and low-voltage cabling (category, component, fiber)
- Install wireless access points and other network/security devices
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, professional jobsite
- Follow company and job-specific safety procedures
- Support service team members and assist with additional duties as needed
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication skills
What You Bring- Reliable transportation; work is primarily in the Charleston area
- Minimum 1 year of commercial installation or hands-on trade experience
- Experience with low-voltage, IT, electronics, or physical security systems
- Ability to configure and install access control and surveillance components
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, overnights as needed)
- Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license
Nice to Have- Experience with structured cabling or cable installation
- Background in electrical, carpentry, mechanical trades, or apprentice programs

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
