Senior AI Ops Lead/Architect Google Cloud Platform /Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI

Job Summary The Senior AI Ops Lead/Architect will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. This role focuses on managing production-grade AI systems, including large language model (LLM) operations and conversational AI platforms. The position requires strong expertise in AI operations, cloud architecture, and performance monitoring to ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. Manage production support for AI applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Oversee LLM operations and conversational AI systems across enterprise environments. Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and webhooks. Monitor AI system performance using logging, monitoring, and analytics tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize AI-driven solutions. Implement best practices for AI model lifecycle management, including deployment and monitoring. Ensure system security, compliance, and operational efficiency for AI platforms. Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI architecture and operations. Required Qualifications Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and AI services. Experience working with Generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications. Experience in AI/ML production support and operational environments. Proficiency in Python or Node.js. Experience working with REST APIs and webhook integrations. Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and AI performance analytics tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Vertex AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex and vector databases. Experience integrating AI solutions with contact center platforms. Google Cloud certifications such as Cloud Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer.
