Job Title: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Expert

Remote Role

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) professionals with Enterprise Architecture (EA) expertise to support enterprise portfolio planning, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end portfolio management lifecycle, including demand intake, prioritization, and execution
  • Drive investment planning, budgeting, and portfolio governance processes
  • Support resource management and capacity planning across projects and programs
  • Enable project and program tracking, reporting, and KPI management
  • Align business strategy with IT initiatives using Enterprise Architecture principles
  • Support Application Portfolio Management (APM) and technology rationalization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, PMO, Finance, and Business teams
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
