ServiceNow Architect/Engineer

Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Engineer. In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules, with a focus on Enterprise Architecture capabilities. This is a long-term contract position offering opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture products, including application, technology, and information portfolio management.

Align resources with organizational goals and streamline processes using ServiceNow modules.

Optimize Service Portfolio Management, including business services, technology services, and service offerings.

Oversee the implementation and enhancement of Digital Portfolio Management within ServiceNow.

Integrate Service Mapping concepts, including tag-based mapping, into operational workflows.

Manage and utilize foundational data within the ServiceNow platform, such as users, groups, and reference data.

Develop and enhance integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and robust transformation techniques.

Create workflows, scripted APIs, and perform development activities to customize ServiceNow solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture objectives.

Provide technical expertise to support the operationalization of Enterprise Architecture capabilities.

Requirements

Proven experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture product implementation.
Strong understanding of Service Portfolio and Digital Portfolio Management.
Familiarity with Service Mapping concepts and foundational data utilization within ServiceNow.
Proficiency in API development and integration with external systems.
Hands-on experience with scripting, workflow development, and ServiceNow customization.
Knowledge of ASP.NET and .NET frameworks.
Familiarity with AWS technologies and cloud-based solutions.
Expertise in application architecture and enterprise system design.
