Job Description:
Our client is undergoing a global SAP S/4HANA transformation and is seeking an Order Management Business Process Lead to own and drive the global Order Management workstream across the program lifecycle. This individual will act as the business process authority for Order Management, leading Fit to Standard workshops, requirements gathering, process governance, and alignment to global template design. Additionally, this resource will be responsible for ensuring integrated end to end process outcomes across Sales, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Finance. The role requires strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations from blueprinting through hypercare, with a focus on process standardization, stakeholder alignment, testing coordination, deployment readiness, and post go live stabilization within a global multi market environment.
Day to Day:
This individual will lead workshops with business and functional stakeholders to capture, document, and refine Order Management requirements related to sales order processing, fulfillment, delivery, and associated downstream processes. They will own and maintain Business Process Descriptions (BPDs), process documentation, and deployment readiness artefacts while ensuring traceability from business requirements through solution design and testing. Day to day responsibilities include coordinating and executing testing activities, writing test scenarios and scripts, managing defect triage and retesting efforts, supporting training preparation and end user enablement, and driving readiness activities through deployment and hypercare support. The role will work cross functionally with integrated SAP teams to ensure alignment to global standards and successful rollout execution across regions and business units.
Must:
Expert in SAP Order Management
SAP S4 HANA experience
Experience working as SAP Business Process Owner (BPO) Specific Business Process experience including fit gap, design, build, test & deployment
Hands on Testing Experience preference for experience with Jira testing tool
Strong stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams, with the ability to influence, drive decisions and manage competing priorities.
Experience with training users on new Business Processes
Excellent communication skills
