Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Migration Consultant to support enterprise-level ERP migration and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in ERP migration, data mapping, integration, business process transformation, and implementation.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from SAP S/4HANA to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration initiatives.

• Analyze existing SAP business processes and map them to D365 functionalities.

• Perform data assessment, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and migration.

• Develop migration strategies, plans, and execution roadmaps.

• Identify gaps between SAP S/4HANA and D365.

• Work with functional and technical teams to ensure successful ERP migration.

• Support system configuration, integration, testing, and validation.

• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and post-migration activities.

• Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Prepare technical documentation, migration reports, and process workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience with SAP-to-D365 ERP migration projects.

• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and business processes.

• Experience with data migration, ETL, data mapping, and transformation.

• Knowledge of SAP modules and corresponding D365 modules.

• Experience with APIs and system integrations.

• Strong SQL and data validation skills.

• Experience with migration testing, SIT, and UAT.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.

• Experience with Azure Data Factory and other data migration tools.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise ERP transformation projects.

• Relevant SAP and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
