Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow ITSM Tester to validate, test, and ensure the quality of ServiceNow ITSM implementations. The tester will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across ITSM modules to ensure stable, high-quality releases that meet business requirements.

Analyze business and technical requirements for ServiceNow ITSM modules
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ITAM Tester to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of IT Asset Management solutions. The tester will be responsible for validating ITAM processes, data integrity, integrations, and compliance across hardware, software, and license management systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 6+ years of experience in software testing
Hands-on experience testing ITAM solutions (ServiceNow ITAM preferred)
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management concepts and lifecycle
Experience with SAM and HAM processes
Knowledge of CMDB, discovery tools, and data reconciliation
Familiarity with test methodologies (SDLC/STLC)
Experience using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM)
Strong analytical and documentation skills
