Details:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves building and enhancing applications, workflows, and integrations across modules such as ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, and ITOM. The ideal candidate will drive automation initiatives, manage platform upgrades, and ensure high performance and scalability. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver impactful implementations. Responsibilities also include scripting, API integrations, production support, and mentoring junior team members while following best practices in Agile and DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of ServiceNow solutions and modules
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and automation solutions
Manage platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization
Provide production support and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Mentor junior developers and support team growth
Create reports, dashboards, and documentation
Ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, and ServiceNow best practices
