Change Manager with AI experience (Microsoft 365 Copilot) - NY/CA - ONLY W2 CANDIDATES

Project Description

Lead adoption and organizational change efforts for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Duties/Day to Day Overview

• Assist in managing the Copilot Champions network.
• Assist in communications, engagement campaigns, and training plans.
• Assist with facilitating champion meetings, office hours, and feedback sessions.
• Partner on adoption strategy and stakeholder management.
• Once FTE, manage 1-2 direct reports

(Must haves)

• Retail industry experience preferred
• More importantly is having experience with organizations with a lot of legacy systems AND legacy people
• Soft Skills are extremely important
• Very visible position
• Will be leading the program from a Business/Analytics standpoint
• Must be able to distill technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Sr. Leadership and Stakeholder engagement
• Ability to escalate quickly and effectively
• Change management, communications, training, or adoption programs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
