What Drives Success

Under general supervision, the Engineering Aide II supports engineers across multiple levels by assisting with technical tasks, data collection, and project-related assignments. This role contributes to the generation, assembly, and verification of analytical information while following established procedures and guidelines.   • Assist engineers with day-to-day tasks, projects, and technical assignments
  • Support the generation, assembly, and verification of engineering and analytical data
  • Compile, organize, and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Follow established procedures to complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
  • Perform basic analysis and data entry to support engineering decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company standards

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or coursework is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a technical or engineering support role
  • Basic understanding of standard engineering concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
  • May require occasional lifting of materials up to 25-30 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as data entry or document handling
  • Ability to use standard office and technical equipment

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $61,000 - $80,000annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
