10-15 YearsJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with a strong background in Data Engineering to lead our architectural initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions, ensuring that our architecture aligns with business goals and technical requirements.Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures that support business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.Lead the development of data models, ETL processes, and data integration strategies.Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data management and analytics.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and architecture.Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in Data Engineering, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.10-15 years of experience in architecture and data engineering roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
