Job Description:
Owns the design and implementation of all third-party integrations between ServiceNow and Client enterprise systems. Ensures data integrity, security, and performance across every integration boundary.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years integration architecture experience; 3+ years with ServiceNow IntegrationHub or MID server-based integrations; experience connecting ERP, IAM, and monitoring tools.
Certifications: ServiceNow CIS ITSM or ITOM; relevant API/middleware certification (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services) a plus.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW, Alexandria, and Hyattsville as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement integrations with Azure AD/Entra ID, PeopleSoft, Maximo, DCIM, Tenable, SCCM, Genesys CCaaS, Jira, and CLM/P-Card systems.
Develop and maintain Integration Design Documents including API specs, data flows, and security controls
Establish CI/CD pipeline standards for integration code; enforce version control
Support CMDB discovery configuration and MID server maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during testing and steady-state operations
