Peoplesoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant

• Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft FSCM systems including implementation, customization, configuration, and integration.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to support financial and supply chain processes.
• Maintain and enhance system functionality through upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Support integration of PeopleSoft systems with external applications using modern technologies.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Develop and support integrations using web services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system performance and usability.
• Support implementation projects and post-implementation activities.

Skills:

• Proficiency in PeopleTools including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Application Package.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL.
• Experience with SQR, nVision, and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of web services, REST APIs, and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Experience:

• 7 to 8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.

Should Have:

• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Update Manager and selective adoption processes.
• Experience supporting implementation and post-implementation activities.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
